The 36-year-old chef, who joined our team from The Little Nell in Aspen, continues to wow guests joining us for special occasion dining experiences with his modern touches.

A four course menu offers your selection of a tasty appetizer, soup or salad, an entrée and a delightful dessert. Also available is the chef’s eight course tasting menu, which feature’s Chef Schreiber’s daily creations inspired by the offerings of the season.
